- Train and develop high performing teams
- Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain/establish pars for ordering and prep to reduce waste and increase the quality
- Works side by side with all kitchen team members
- Manages safety and sanitation practices
- Meets or exceeds food cost budgets
- Meets or exceeds labor budgets
- Ensures other controllable costs are within budget
- Audits product to ensure there is no loss
- Degree in Culinary Arts
- Experience as Executive Chef
- Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
- ServSafe Certified
