Summary
Functions as the communications link between and among the various food production areas in the kitchen, coordinates production and assembly so servers can deliver meal orders to dining room patrons in a timely manner. Preparing, chopping, cooking frequently used items for shift preparation.
 
Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
  • Understanding of health code and ServSafe policies
